Delivery Costs

At Nedis® UK, we continuously optimise our processes to be competitive in an ever-changing market. Increasing costs in logistics and warehousing lead us to take measures to remain cost-efficient and thus competitive. 

We operated 2 Warehouses; by default, our stock visibility shows both warehouse's availability, and below the add to cart, the availability by location, UK, Netherlands NL.

UK Orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday - Friday, provided the order was placed before the 12 Noon cut-off;

Any product back orders from the Netherlands Warehouse stock will usually be delivered 5-7 Working days thereafter via our UK Warehouse.

UK Regions are split into 3 Zones. Each Zone has a different minimum order rate or delivery charge should the minimum not be met.

 

Zone 1 

England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands (Postcode specific), including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen & Peterhead

The minimum order value is just £99 GBP for Zone 1. The delivery fee of 10.95 GBP per order will apply for orders below that value.

Zone 2

Scottish Highlands and Islands, including Western Isles, Shetland & Orkney

The minimum order value is 750 GBP for Zone 2. The delivery fee of 24.95 GBP per order will apply for orders below that value.

Zone 3

Northern Ireland & Isle of Man

The minimum order value is 1000 GBP for Zone 3. The delivery fee of 34.95 GBP per order will apply for orders below that value.

Surcharges for delivery are based on the order value of the order. In the case of partial deliveries, shipping and/or order costs are only charged on the total value of the order for the first partial delivery. All mentioned prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
